John
Dalton is a graduate of The University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop. He has
received a James Michener/Paul Engle Award as well as first and second year
fellowships from the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, Massachusetts. His
short fiction has appeared in Story, Alaska Quarterly Review, Shankpainter, and
other literary journals. He has taught fiction writing and novel workshops at
various universities across the country. John Dalton currently lives in Chapel
Hill, North Carolina.
Carolyn
See is the author of five novels, including The Handyman and Golden
Days. She is a book reviewer for
The
Washington Post and is on the board of PEN Center USA West. She has a Ph.D.
in American literature from UCLA, where she is an adjunct professor of English.
Her awards include the prestigious Robert Kirsch Body of Work Award (1993) and a
Guggenheim Fellowship in fiction. She lives in California.
Andy
Hunter lives and writes in New York City. He's currently the editor of
Mean Magazine (www.meanmag.net) and Lollapalooza magazine (published in
conjunction with the tour). He studied fiction writing at UCLA & UCI
Extension in 2002/2003. Fledgling, which won the 2003 James Kirkwood Award, is
his first fiction published.
Kathryn Pope
earned her MFA in creative writing from
Antioch University in December 2003.
She is a regular contributor to ZinkZine, and her work has also been published
in Parenting Magazine. She teaches
creative writing privately and lives in Venice, California.
Malcolm R. Campbell (www.campbelleditorial.com)
is a freelance writer and editorial consultant. His work has appeared in
“Nostalgia Magazine,” “The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Magazine,” “The
Chronicle of Higher Education,” and “The Rosicrucian Digest.”
